    Learn how to decorate cupcakes with embossed fondant. Decorating cupcakes with fondant is a great introduction to the icing medium. Create dimensional designs that cover and embellish your cupcakes, adding a refined modern touch. Decorating with fondant has never been easier. *Recommended for all skill levels.

    Icing Colors: Any 3-4 Colors of students choosing (teal, leaf green, pink and red for cake shown)

    Decorator Preferred White Fondant 24 oz. (710-2301)

    5 Piece Decorating Brush Set (1907-1352)

    9 in. Fondant Roller and Guide Rings (1907-1205)

    Wilton Pure Lemon Extract (604-2235)

    10x14 Cake Boards (2104-554)

    Recommended:

    Roll-N-Cut Mat (409-412)

    Candy Melting Plate (1904-8016) to be used as a paint palette

    Other Supplies:

    Solid Vegetable Shortening

    Foam or paper plate for paint palette

    Parchment or waxed paper if not using the Roll-N-Cut mat

    Toothpicks

    Craft knife, paring knife, pizza cutter, or pastry cutter (for cutting fondant)

    Ruler

    Plastic wrap

    Damp cloth in plastic bag for cleanup

    3-4 Zip-close, gallon-size plastic bags
