Please be advised that on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, there will be a significant presence of Police, EMS, and Fire personnel in town. The Little Egg Harbor Police Department will be conducting a large-scale exercise at Pinelands Regional Junior High School.
During this time, Nugentown Road between Giffordtown Road and Otis Bog Road will experience a very brief closure.
If you have any questions regarding this training exercise, please do not hesitate to contact the Little Egg Harbor Police Department. Otherwise, there is no cause for concern.

This special event is designed to help students feel comfortable, confident, and ready to start the year strong.
Welcome Wildcats Orientation Day

Time: 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.
Location: Pinelands Regional Junior High School
During orientation, students will have the opportunity to:
✔️ Get familiar with the school layout
✔️ Walk through a sample schedule
✔️ Practice opening their locker
✔️ Meet fellow Wildcats and make new friends
✔️ Enter to win exciting prizes!
🗓️ Sign-up deadline: Friday, August 8th
Once transportation planning and routes are finalized, we will contact you with pickup times and locations for those who require district transportation.
